Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006 Editor is great for almost all image tasks and more. It comes with the Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006 Library, in which you can view and do simple image editing tasks with almost all image formats. The only annoying thing is that the help windows are not very helpful…when you can find the question! The interface is very good, and common tasks are shown as icons.
